5th Enterprises is a Veteran owned business founded in July 2022. We are a new company, but that is part of what makes us unique and ready to help you grow.
It is our passion to help you to meet your goals and to solve your challenges by working together.
Our Team
Fred W. Bates V - Lead Challenge Solver, founded 5th Enterprises after 33 1/2 years of service in the U.S. Army National Guard. Beginning his service in 1989 he served most of his career on active duty and the remainder as a traditional National Guardsman. He deployed overseas twice: Afghanistan and Bosnia Herzegovina. His education and experiences give him extensive knowledge of working with people and stuff.
His many years of serving on non-profit boards and leading in those organizations displays his ability to see a challenge from different vantage points.
He and his wife have been married for 28 years and they have three adult sons. His family is involved in their local church and community, and they also serve in Honduras with Sparrow Missions.
He holds a BS in Business Administration from Olivet Nazarene University where he also earned a commission as a U. S. Army Officer through ROTC. He holds a Master of Strategic Intelligence - Middle East Focus from American Military University. He also holds a Master of Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College.
His continuous development and education in strategic thinking, implementation and problem solving allows him to help you solve your challenges.
